Your season's income, declared properly

Short-term rentals in Greece have their own rules: a registry number for every property, a declaration for every stay, specific taxation and fees. We keep track of them for you, because they change often.

We explain whether your activity stays a private letting or needs to be registered as a business, and what that means for tax and VAT.

From one room to a whole complex

Whether you let one house for a few weeks a year or run rooms to let or a tourist accommodation, we organise your obligations so you know what you really earn.

Who it's for

  • House & apartment owners
  • Airbnb & Booking hosts
  • Rooms to let
  • Furnished tourist residences
  • Owners living outside Naxos
  • Foreign owners

Do I need an AMA number to rent on Airbnb in Greece?

Yes. Every property offered for short-term rental needs a Property Registry Number (AMA) from AADE, and the number must appear on the listing. We can register it for you.

How is Airbnb income taxed in Greece?

It depends on how many properties you let and whether business registration is required. We look at your case and give you a clear picture before the season starts.

I live abroad. Can you handle everything for me?

Yes. With an authorisation we can handle your obligations with AADE and keep you updated in English or Greek.
